EinaVTS database updates
We update EinaVTS 4 times a year,
with an average of 150 new bulletins per update.
This means that there are 600 new bulletins per year!
The EinaVTS database is mainly (but not only) fed by real cases from EinaContactour , technical call centre, EinaContact EinaContact processes more than 200,000 requests per year from over 15,000 workshops in Europe and South America, with 96% satisfactory repair solutions. This is a huge amount of information on real defects and diagnostic and repair procedures.
When EinaContact's technical advisors detect a common, frequent, very complex or unusual fault, they inform the EinaVTS team, which analyses and verifies all the information generated by the technical advisor and the workshop, and creates a very useful and structured technical bulletin, enabling a more efficient fault diagnosis and repair process. It couldn't be more real.
So, when we talk about updates to the EinaVTS database, we mean new technical bulletins that have been created from EinaContact feedback and uploaded to the EinaVTS database for you.
